Scheduled maintenance management ensures vehicles and plant are serviced on time. Service intervals are configured by mileage and time. When a vehicle approaches its service due date or mileage, the system generates a maintenance alert to the fleet manager. Completed services are recorded with cost, workshop, parts replaced, and next service due. Insurance, MOT, and road levy expiry dates are tracked with advance warning notifications — eliminating the compliance gaps that can result in fines, grounded vehicles, or insurance voiding.
